Messing around with the camera...too cold for me to do anything outside! I'm such a wimp.

do your calcium reactor ever stop running. I have one and it stops about every couple of days

What do you mean by stops running? No drips come out? What type of feed pump are you using? What brand reactor do you have?

Well I dug this old thread up and thought I do a little updating! Still kicking around the 60 gallon cube with a few updates. Now running a SWC 160 for the skimmer and using evergrow LED's, doing a little experiment with a Aqueon aq1700 return pump, it was cheap and i just want to see how long it will hold up. I have more reliable pumps on stand by!

In late spring I started getting an outbreak of Neomeris annulata. For most they get a few strands and then it dies off...not so in my tank. I tried many methods to get rid of it and nothing worked so i figured i let it go and see if it would die off on its own I pretty much let it go all summer. NOPE! Got worse, so I am now manually removing it. The first pic is the before the removal.

On a cool note. I had a fellow reefer from RF drop off an sps that wasn't doing so in his tank. I swapped out a few yuma mushrooms for it. 6 months later it is looking pretty hansom! First pic is when I got and then a pic I took today.

I like that macro. I've had it before in one of my tanks, but yeah, it too just went away. now I have another macro. no idea where it came from.

anyway, corals are looking great. thank you for sharing again.
