    Help with Zoos

try some cyclopeeze in the water Mine seem to love the oils in cyclopeeze and open up and feed even off cycle. Spendy stuff but if it gets them over the hump, maybe worth it. Just wish they made cubes of it as the foil tubes are hard to break up into small pieces. Eric in LFP

what is the best fan to attach to a Luminarc mini with 4" diameter outlet

Cooling fan PS PS the coral vue fan I mentioned comes with the AC/DC adapter and has long enough cords for me to hang mine on my canopy and run the electrical cord down into the lower cabinet to plug it in (155g custom acrylic tank). My two are are cooling off two icecap 250 de halide pendant...

what is the best fan to attach to a Luminarc mini with 4" diameter outlet

Coral Vue SmartFan 4" I recommend the CoralVue Smart Fan. Variable speed depending on heat sensor reading of temp. Little bit expensive but reliable, efficient and quiet. Sounds like you only need one. I picked up 2 a few weeks ago at ARSA my LFS on 15th not far from you in edmonds (no shipping...

Nice in wall cut out on your 375 tank. Wanna chime in on the lack of a cut out on the garage wall? Seems like a now or never decision with a 1000g tank. Got any more recent photos to post? http://www.flickr.com/photos/7329275@N05/422108220/

When the guess gets refined let us know. (Like you wouldn't otherwise) I strongly urge you to knock a hole in the wall. Even if it is just 4 ft. You have the time now. Just make some calls and frame it in while the tank is on its way. If you are concerned about support, have the stand person...

    Yes, it's Swiss chesse, but...

Mouse pad I would slip a mouse pad (ummm make that a giant rat pad from the look of your pump) under it for support and vibration dampening.

Egyptians did it Here is an idea for moving your tank into your garage. Bear in mind I am a geneticist, not an engineer. OK, here goes: 1. put your stand next to the truck 2. put ~10 1" steel 6' pipes under your stand 3. put your tank onto the stand 4. secure your tank to the stand (metal...

I might be available to help with the transfer from the truck to the stand. When is your tank expected to arrive (time/date)? Approximately where are you in Puyallup? Can a get a ticket to visit your aquarium once it is up and ready for viewing? BTW, I prefer IPA beers, lots of them. But I will...

    CFI - custom 155 Gallon - 60L x 30W x 20H

Nice set up. Look forward to pics with the sand. I am setting up a 155g tank with a 40g sump right now in Lake Forest Park. Lots of help from Brad at A Red Sea Aquarium. Bought it used from Sean in University Place (thanks Craigslist and Sean). He had it set up as a fish with rock tank. Not...
