I have a tuxedo urchin that I was given by Kathy Oliphant in Poulsbo, when she decided taking care of a reef was getting too much for her. He is all over my tank. I need to get over there sometime to take a look at your tank. Right now I am battling back problems again. I get an MRI on the 19th, so we'll see, might have to go under the knife for the second time for my back, ugh. Not fun. I was just wondering about those pencil urchins, I have a lot of sponges of all different colors. My one spot foxface has a big sore or something on his side, don't know what it is. Talk at you later man, keep those pics coming.

9months ago this tank wasnt anything like what it.is now.
Hopefully soon i can just focus on my wcs and watching my alk...

I posted up an update last weekend. I'll have another by the end of this weekend if all goes well. But, it's still the main room. No aquarium progress yet.

Got the tank detritus up yesterday and ran a 4x7" 200micron filter sock. Worked well.
Cleaned my skimmer body and neck today. Up to ky elbows in fish poo no joke. Ewwwww.

Ran the sock over night. Didnt overflow and smelt like the tank when i rang it out in the morning.
