I saw a barracuda at the LFS the other day and am thinking about adding it. Not sure just yet if i'm going to though or not. I tried looking up if anyone has kept them before or not but so far no results.

LOL! I've seen them 5-6ft long here man and they are insane! They will have your fish for dinner. The bad thing about barracuda's is they don't need to be able to swallow the fish to attach it. They are quite fine with taking a huge chunk. Many times we pull up our lines when fishing with just a head on it:shock:

dood lets be honest here ..you use KFC for fishing.... i don't know where do you get the heads from :lol::lol:
 
Bad new guys.

My male shark jumped out of the tank Monday night and i didn't find him til tuesday afternoon. H e slipped out of a tiny opening in my tank near my hang on filter. I may get another one but i'm not sure.
 
wow man im sorry to hear that...you have had some bad luck man...Let me find you a 4 leaf clover or a rabbit foot :)... but for real sorry for the loss how is the other guy???
 
So far so good. Yeah i have to say that i have had some real tough breaks with this tank. Oh well i guess life goes on. Just got take it all in stride.
 
Hey can you guys still see my photos that i recently uploaded or are they all red x's? I am only asking because my work blocked photobucket so anything from there is blocked so i am wondering if they blocked them entirely or if its just here at work that i can't see them?
 
Okay i don't have a camera because my parents took it to Florida for their vacation but i bought a 4" 2 yr old Tank kept Convict over the weekend. He eats like a pig and is a constant swimmer. His color is awesome. Snow white body and black Stripes. Just absolutely beautiful. I also picked up some more zoanthids this weekend. My tank is becoming very nicely stocked with zoas. I only have one problem all my zoas kinda look the same. (green/brown) I mwan the centers are different but i got throw in some different colors. I think i am gonna try some ricordia. I can't seem to find anything in the LFS that fits the bill so i guess i'll be placing my order online.
 
the convict will eventully get green hues through the top of its body i have just spent a week in coral bay and seen heaps of those in the wild awsome tang
i also saw full grown sailfins and what a majestic fish
after diving coral bay a saltwater fish tank will never compare to the ocean the shear size of corals is amazing when u superman montis as big as hum-v's and wonder how people sell it for 150 bucks althought i could have made a fourtune
