Any experience with Aqua-Medic OceanLight Plus?

Fellow reefers,
I would like to know if anybody has experience with Aqua Medic lights.
Good/bad, stay away from it?

The particular model is: Aqua-Medic 48" Ocean Light Plus 2x150W (MH) + 2x54W (T5).
It comes with magnetic ballast.

I am hoping to upgrade my 6x54W (T5's) light.
I have a 55G tank.
