SB still nasty. But I'm slowly removing it with weekly wc's. Hopefully it'll all be gone by the end of summer.
Personally I'm kind of a mess. Scrambling to find ways to help my sis get well enough so she can have the surgery that will literally save her life. Working on ways to get financial help so she can quit the job that's hurting her. Sadly an area I'm not much help to her.
Sometimes it takes a while before you really notice them doing any good.
I have a bunch in my 50 and I have never seen any of them eat bubble algae, but last month I noticed it's hard to find any.
Before the crabs, the bubble algae was taking over.
Thank you! All corals are doing pretty good. Monti aside. Even my X-Mas Favia seems to have stopped receding.
The crabs are being mighty slow about it-lol. Let's hope they catch on soon.
Sadly it looks as if my Clam is on its way out. Been acting funky for the past 24hrs. Nothing's bothering it, no changes except I've reduced the whites a bit. Can't see that being the cause of it closing up. See a lot of new growth though. It's just not opening up as usual.
Well hopefully I was able to save it. Moved the Blenny down to my fuge area. Every time the Clam began to open the Blenny would nip the mantle. After two months why now? It's small but temporary. I'll see if the Clam makes a recovery before I bring Blenny to the LFS.
I can see that... I just am not a big fan of sump fish.... I can't quantify the reason, it really is silliness because I know better, but I feel bad having them in there.
