    its a vermatid snail. harless, but there "net" can irritate corals.

    Skimmer choices?

    We're all entitled to our own opinion:) I just posted that to show him what I get out of it. That is less than 24 hours of skimming on a 55 gallon that had one clown and various softies.     rose anemone propagation

    I find it interesting that people are disturbed by the thought of someone cutting into an anemone when I'm sure they have done the same thing to coral (which are the same as anemones, they're all cnidarians).

    Stomatella varia they are good for your tank. algae grazers that are mostly nocturnal. Mine reproduce.

    He doesnt look like a dangerous one due to the structure of his claws, but its hard to tell what he is without actually looking closely at him. I'd say keep it around (in the sump) and just observe it for a while to see what it eats.
