What do you feed your corals?

just a mix of rods food,mysis and cyclopeeze with few drops of amino acids soak for 5 mins(2-3 times a week)..i target feed my lps..and zoas gets cyclopeeze,some can swallow mysis..i target feed zoas that i know will accept food...
then just a bit flake food for the fish everyday...
